Dogs

Dogs are allowed however because of one bad experience we must insist that they are not at any time allowed in the bedrooms. On arrival please examine the bedrooms for any trace of any animal hairs and in the unlikely event of ANY trace please let us know immediately. Likewise if our cleaners find any evidence of animals in the bedrooms during cleaning the hirer is likely to be charged an extra cleaning fee and in severe cases the replacement cost of bedding. 

Deposit

If the booking is more than 12 weeks before the hiring date a deposit of 50% is required and the balance before 8 weeks.

If the booking is made less than 8 weeks before the hiring date then a payment in full is required. Last minute bookings that are less than a week before the hiring date must be in cash and paid on arrival.

Cancellations

Prior to 12 weeks deposit refunded in full. Less than 8 weeks deposit lost. Less than 6 weeks 50% of cost of hiring. Less than 2 weeks 75% of cost of hiring will be retained.  Less than 1 week no refund.

By booking you agree to be charged in full for any loss or damage caused at replacement cost and for any labour charges incurred for replacement, repair or cleaning.
